Position Summary
As Business Development Executive you will be responsible for developing business within the commercial real estate industry to promote Walkthruit’s innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities
• Develop strong business relationships with commercial real estate clients via cold calling & networking
• Promote Walkthruit’s innovative solutions as a strategic tool that will have a positive impact on their business
• Attend regular in person meetings to demonstrate the software’s capabilities while gaining an in depth understanding of the client’s needs
• Conduct regular follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate internally to assist with special projects and other duties as needed.

Position Requirements
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Software sales experience is an asset
• Experience in a commissioned based selling environment is ideal
• Completed post secondary education in a business related field
• A keen interest in architecture, interior design, or residential & commercial real estate
• A high level of drive, motivation, and a documented track record of success
• Excellent oral & written communication skills with above average presentation capabilities
